The Rest of Rome

For the rest of our Rome trip, I'll simply upload photos to this post.

Altar of the Fatherland

Changing of the guard

Trevi Fountain

Unfortunately, it was under construction.

The lame-o teeny, tiny fountain they had for
tossing coins.

Jewish Ghetto
This is where we had our Thanksgiving meal of a burger and a turkey sandwich.  It was as American as we could get.

Spanish Steps

A fountain of a sinking ship fueled by an aqueduct.

Taverna del Seminario

How do you say, "What's the cheapest thing on the menu?"

They do this evil thing in Europe where they set food in front
of you, but if you touch it you have to pay for it.

The spaghetti carbonara I ordered.

Before and after shots...

Santa Maria della Vittoria
Here is a famous piece of work by Bernini, "Ectasy of Saint Teresa."
